Κουλούρια Καρότου

The carrot is an excellent source of antioxidants and the richest vegetable source of beta carotene. It is eaten raw, in salads or even cooked in greasy foods such as peas, lentils and bean soup. It is useful to note that the carrot lipolytic substances are better absorbed with the addition of extra virgin olive oil.

 

For preparation, you will need:

400 gr flour for all uses
100 gr con flour
4 grated carrots
200 gr of olive oil
100 gr of water
½ teaspoon of salt

Execution

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until a smooth and firm dough is formed. Wrap the dough in a transparent membrane and let it rest for 20 minutes. Plath cords and form cookies. Having prepared them you put them in an oiled oven pan. Bake at 175 for 15 minutes.
